I chose to work predominantly in the analog domain on this one in order to maintain the subtleness and incredible liquid-high-fidelity sound that I feel digital methods (no matter how esoteric and expensive) simply cannot capture. A new analog modular synth/FX system was used for pastoral sound backdrops and sonic treatments. The mastering and tracking process was direct to tape with the final analog master captured at 24bit 96k. shimmering keys float behind the rich tapestry of a pure analog environment.
